He/She creates and maintains the daily production line and blending sheets in collaboration with Supply Chain and Operations Management. Additionally, monitors production disruption, delays and other problems impacting operational efficiency and then adjusts schedules to optimize plant performance.

In this role, you will be required to manage all aspects of the Ammonia Refrigeration Systems and direct the daily maintenance activities across 24-7 coverage. The Manager, Ammonia Refrigeration Systems will ensure compliance with all aspects of the New Jersey – Toxic Catastrophic Prevention Act (TCPA). The employee will occasionally use chemicals and conditions can be moist to wet. Work involves frequent lifting of materials and product up to 40 pounds. While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is consistently required to stand and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is regularly required to walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses and hearing protectors.
