The Sales Manager – Private Label is responsible for managing and overseeing private label sales. The scope of responsibility includes execution of sales plans for development of new business via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing of sales to existing and new private label customers. Primary functions are to clearly define prospect needs and assess their fit with the organization, establish and manage customer expectations, and oversee the sales cycle in the attainment of revenue goals.

Responsible for performing complex maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.
As Maintenance Supervisor, direct and control all functions within the Maintenance Department. The Supervisor will coordinate all maintenance activities with all mechanics – modifying plans as necessary. Ensure that all quality assurance and good manufacturing practice guidelines are followed and ensure that all, quality and safety standards, and product output comply with FDA, USDA and company policies.
