Job Summary:
The Recruiting Supervisor assists with finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent with the goal to fulfill Company’s hiring needs in assigned job categories.

Responsibilities

  • Search resume data bases for the most fit candidates.
  • Review applicants of assigned vacancies to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
  • Meet with Managers for assigned vacancies to develop specific recruiting plans.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the HR team.
  • Assist in the coordination and maintenance of relationship with colleges, universities, community colleges and technical schools placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants.
  • Schedule and attend job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants. Provide information on Company operations, benefits and job opportunities to potential applicants.
  • For designated openings screen and refer qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing. May provide initial screening to obtain work history, education, training and job skills.
  • Organize logistics for applicants and facilitate the reference and background check processes.
  • Manage the closing of the position all the way through the on-boarding of successful candidates.
  • Ensure that the Applicant Tracking System is consistently and effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance.
  • Research, analyze, prepare and present hiring and related statistics.
  • Maintain records in recruiting activities as required.
  • Provide analytics that assist with determining the effectiveness and success of current recruitment plans and strategies.
  • Assist with the preparation of daily report for recruiting tasks completed or in progress.
  • Adhere to personal data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
  • Flexible nature and ability to manage competing demands, prioritize and successfully meet client needs in a dynamic work environment.
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems as well as Microsoft Office products.
