Job Summary:

The Co-Pack Customer Service Clerk is responsible for maintaining finished goods, material and ingredients inventories for Co-Packers. Provide accurate and timely reporting of production, shipments and receipts of materials and ingredients. Support customer order entry and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sorting all juice load sheets, pulling Co-Packers load sheets and cut out and checking quantities in AS400 to verify.
  • Manages and maintains daily shipments reports
  • Run Crystal Reports daily and recording them for weekly billings by customer.
  • Reporting finished goods inventories and shipments to Co-Packers.
  • Responsible for physical inventories and a cycle counting of Co-Packer materials and ingredients.
  • Preparing Weekly Billing Memos:
    • Storage Charges – Tropicana & Homemaker
    • Production – Tropicana
    • Backhauls – Tropicana
  • Understanding and using SAP / Pepsico System
    • Print Production and Receipt Reports
    • Keep track of all shipped loads and making sure they clear
    • Report / Enter production into appropriate spreadsheets and SAP system
    • Prove weekly production and confirm with Tropicana
  • Provide feedback to production planner and supervisors on changes made during the day or delays to deliveries of materials affecting production plans.
  • Assigning appointments for carrier pick-ups.
  • Process orders and communicate orders.
  • Supports Safe Quality Foods (SQF) requirements.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments and levels
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Previous knowledge in Warehouse Management System/SAP is a plus
