This high visibility position is responsible for leading and managing the Quality program at the Johanna Foods, Inc. UHT Operation. The incumbent in this position also leads the Quality Improvement Program and acts as the plant liaison in dealings with regulatory agencies and client complaints. The successful incumbent will be certified as SQF Practitioner, experienced in HTST and UHT processing and reporting, well versed in FDA, CFR, Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), Grade A and PMO regulations and is responsible for assuring excellent performance within the SQF program at Johanna (Food Safety and Food Quality). Knowledge in the USDA NOP is beneficial.
